I value the fact that it's kid friendly. They have a toy area with chalk, coloring books, TV with movies, etc. I also LOVE the free coffee and snacks. And although my car is old and ugly, they always put a fresh flower, a bag of pretzels, and a free car wash code in my car after the service is done. THANK YOU!!! Life is all about the details.

Very professional service. I was informed of additional maintenance my vehicle needed, but didn't feel pressured to get more work done immediately. The lobby was also very comfortable. All in all this was one of the best oil change experienceso I've had. I'll definitely be coming back!

They were kind and supportive throughout the repair process, including assisting me in arranging financing for the repair. The work was done beautifully, and quite rapidly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will be returning for any future needs.

A national tire/repair ship installed a new part but the vehicle continued to leak fluid. I then brought the vehicle to Honest1 (Diffley) and the problem was resolved!
