Had a bit of a minor suspension emergency with my car after the most recent snowstorm. I first called another repair company, but when I learned Honest-1 had quite a bit of experience working on imports, I gave them a call. I was able to get in less than 15 minutes later, and they beat the competitor's estimate. Additionally, they offered a 3-year warranty as well as a free loaner while the work was completed, all of which made my decision easy. Repairs were done next day and everything is working just as it should!

Jeff was helpful, informative and respectful. Service was completed in approximate estimated time and at a very affordable price. Thanks to Tom the GM, Jeff and staff for job well done. I would recommend Honest to anyone. Also the store was clean, well kept and the snacks and refreshments were also appreciated.

This new location was very nice and clean. I showed up to drop my vehicle off for an oil change with my two young kids. The interior had plenty of space for them to explore and a little children s area with an xbox and books, etc. The staff was very courteous, and even offered me a ride home with my two kids (I live a couple blocks away and was planning on walking home.

From when I called them tell when I left they had great service would recommend them to everybody.

Honest 1 in Eagan at 77 and Diffley was able to get my car in for an oil change same day. The technician completed the service quickly and efficiently. The shop is clean, bright and the staff is very friendly. The service manager took me back to the bay to show me some issues that I will need to attend to soon. There was no pressure to agree to any additional services, the information she gave me was just that, information. I am a very satisfied customer. I will return in the future and will highly recommend Honest 1.

This is one of the best shops I have been to. I called in because my wifes car stalled in middle of the road, they had her vehicle towed in and in the shop in less than a hour. Their quality of work and and communication is beyond that of any other shops I have taken my cars. I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend you try them out.

I had a brake problem that required immediate attention and this place did an excellent job of getting it repaired and at a very fair price. Throughout the process the communication was second to none. I was being kept in the loop about what was happening and possible causes and needed repairs. At no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me on unnecessary components or repairs. Additionally, they offered me a ride home instead of having to call someone. Finally, this is the cleanest waiting room and shop I've ever seen. Definitely going back in the future for preventative maintenance and unforeseen repairs. Keep up the good work!
