I have been going to Honest 1 Eagan West for a few years. I appreciate everyone at this location. They make the experience wonderful and Brandon and James have always been so kind and honest with me. Taylor drove over to pick me up when my car was ready and gave me a ride to the shop. Thank you for the great experience!

I really like Honest 1 Eagan West. Been going there for about 2 years now, and always come out feeling like I got fixed what needed it. The one time it turned out to be the wrong diagnosis, they fixed the actual problem (bearing change vs loose metal peeling off rotor) at no extra charge when I brought it back in!

I had such a great experience at Honest 1 West location. I called around 7 am on a Friday and they were able to diagnose and repair my car same day so I could have it ready to go for the weekend. Brandon and James in the shop were fantastic to communicate with. I called around to compare prices with other shops regarding the cost of my repair and Honest 1 quoted me the lowest price! They also have a great 10% off any repair coupon out now that people can take advantage of. Overall, highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Eagan and south metro areas!
