This was my first time at Honest-1. I was very impressed by the staff front to back. The lobby was clean, comfortable and had great refreshments and snacks for free while I waited. Also, I thought it was cool they had a kiddie corner so if I ever had my son with me, he could play X-Box and play in his own area. A very accommodating shop. I appreciated the paper floor mat used in my truck too. Class act, all around.

I liked the suggestions requested at my last visit. On my next visit, I will revisit those suggestions and may come up with the best possible solution for my safety. It definitely appears that after my last service that my rear brakes are not functionally properly which is a big concern for me. Thank you very much.

I originally went because I needed an oil change and my first impression was super friendly and great customer service. I ended up having an issue the next day and called Shawn and he helped me out significantally as well as Derek. I had to cal again and Jeff was very patient on the phone with me and then when I returned to get 2 new tires Shawn helped me again and they were very accommodating. I have had nothing but bad experience in the past at other shops but everyone here has far exceeded my expectations! Get things done in a timely manner. I don't feel like I have to sell my soul to pay to get things done. I will definitely keep giving them my business and send anyone I know to Shawn and Jeff!
