James was amazing, took me in the next day, worked with my work schedule and offered a loaner vehicle. Work was done in a couple of days and they let me know exactly what i needed to have done. I went to the Ford dealership only to be told my appointment had never been recorded, it would take 4-6 hours to diagnose the problem and they couldn’t see me till about 2 weeks later and they don’t offer loaner vehicles. Take your car here price is reasonable and they have loaner vehicles.

I thought Honest 1 Auto Care did a great job on showing me exactly what was wrong with my van as I wanted to get it winterized. The pictures they showed me on what needed priority attention were awesome. My van was done in a very timely manner. Definitely will be going back ( hopefully not anytime soon) lol! Great job!!

My first experience was a routine oil change and tire rotation. They also did a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle and gave me a recommendation and quote for some future things. Service was timely and professional. I expect to return for my future needs.

Honest-1 lives up to their name. I checked with several places for estimates before taking my car to Honest-1, and I'm glad I had them take care of it. The staff were professional and explained everything in detail, and even sent me pics of the things that needed attention and/or repairing, so I knew it was legitimate. I appreciate how quickly the work was done, and for all the things they did, the price was very reasonable. I'll be taking my car there going forward. Thanks!
