I went in this time with a different vehicle, expecting to pay quite a bit to get several different things done. After they completed the inspection, they gave me a direct, no bs assessment of the car, what needed to be done, and asked if I really wanted to put that much into this older vehicle. They could have pushed and told me to complete the work, but choose integrity and saved me money. This is professionalism and why I will be returning as a customer!

I always have a phenomenal experience here. The team at this location absolutely goes above and beyond. Never once have I left without an issue resolved, discussed and repaired in a timely manner. They have gotten me out of a bind or two to say the least. I have been and will always continue to be a customer here.

Honestly I’ve been to different shops around the area, even if I lived in Minneapolis I’d end up coming back down here. Brandon, James and Pat are THE BEST when it comes to up front work. Carlos, Taylor, Gene, and Brian are all awesome techs that focus on quality, honesty, and being warm hearted people.

I am traveling across the US with my travel trailer in tow and my truck wouldn’t start. The awesome folks at Honest1 saved me by quickly finding the issue (bad starter) ordered the unique part, but also searched around and found one in stock nearby. I've been taking all of my vehicles to Honest1 for years. The service has been fast and friendly every single time. The inspections that are provided show recommended service, but I've never been pressured to have additional work done; and I love that they break down recommendations based on urgency. When I needed to get in on short notice before an unexpected trip out of town, they helped me get squared away in time. This shop sets a high bar for service, which is why it is the only place I take my vehicles.

I wasn’t sure what happened to my tire and I called them and told them the situation, they have me to stop by as soon as possible to help me to check it! And found out that there’s a nail stuck in my tire. They asked me where I got my tire and let me know some very useful information that I didn’t know. Have me to reach out to them to see if there’s any road hazard before I decide to see if I want to spend the money to fix it. But also let me know they can help me if I could drop the car there. Honest1 is great, customer service is awesome and they don’t let make me feel that they just want to get money out of me.
