Top notch service!!

This was my first time going to Honest-1 Auto Care. They were friendly and helpful. There service was great and very well priced and I will definitely be going back.

The whole process was easy. I called them and they said to bring my car in right away so they could look at it when I expected them to push me off until another day for an appointment! Exceeded my expectations since I needed you car fixed ASAP (my muffler fell off....). Came in, gave me my estimate, fixed it and then I was on my way. The best places are the ones that I can go in, tell them my problem, have it fixed and then be on my way without them shoving other services down my throat.

Great place excellent customer service

I posted a review before, but for some reason, it is not on here. I am posting again because people need to know this is the place to go!!! They have wonderful staff, excellent customer service, knowledgeable in car repairs, and they are definitely not pushy. They were very straightforward about repairs that could wait, and did not try to scare me into spending more money. I am thrilled by service I received here! Thank you A1 Honest Auto Care. You truly live up to your name: Honesty. 🤩

Needed significant repair and was costly, but expected for BMW. Was done in very timely manner and Brandon communicated with me well about what was needed. Only issue involved an electrical issue. My alarm continuously goes off and was told it might be an issue with a part that was replaced, but it still goes off. I will have to bring it back to get this taken care of, but I absolutely will be returning to Honest-1 for all work moving forward.

I always have a good experience with them. I never feel pressured to have all kinds of work done. They are fair and super nice to me when I arrive. I have had many bad experiences over the years at car dealers and other car care places. Thanks Honest 1 for being consistent in service, fair price and kindness.You all are the best! I am 40 years old and have never had a positive experience with anything automotive, until a couple weeks ago when I visited this shop. Although my appointment was for an oil change, I was informed of a few other issues in the most informative and respectful manner. I was taken out to the garage floor and shown one issue & received explanation of the other issue in great detail. I greatly appreciate the superb customer service and I will recommend Honest-1 to my family and friends. Thank you!
