I had an urgent situation and James was able to help me right away. I have been dealing with the same people there for years (Carlos and Brandon too) and I always have a great experience. I was worried the car would be in the shop for the whole weekend or longer but I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you!

Brandon at Honest 1 Auto Care Eagan West diagnosed my Mini Countryman. I thought it was ailing from the cold as I just moved from CA. It turned out to be the transmission cooling fan. Brandon updated me as the job went along. He even sent pictures. Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. Deanna Aton
