We really like Honest 1. James and Brandon are friendly, ethical, honest and helpful. They also give a veterans discount which we appreciate. They helped get my car back up and running after another mechanic botched an engine replacement. We won't ever go anywhere else.

Honest-1 has outstanding customer service and very friendly employees who seem to genuinely care about their customers. My favorite part was the detailed report they send of your car including pictures and explanations of what is wrong and categorizes what is of most importance to take care of. They really are looking out for their customers and prioritize safety, integrity, and satisfaction. I will definitely be a returning customer. God bless this company! :)

I had an early appointment and Brandon was able to obtain rides to and from Caribou so that I can get coffee. By the time I came back, my car was almost completed with its needed routine oil changes.
